Yacht Street operates a fleet of six privately chartered yachts from Dubai Marina Walk, ranging from an intimate 48ft Pearl for 15 guests to a 120ft mega yacht that comfortably hosts 80. Every charter is exclusive: there are no shared cabins, no strangers, and no other groups onboard. You get the yacht, the crew, and the water.
Charters start at AED 650 per hour for the Pearl 48 and go up to AED 3,500 per hour for the 120ft mega yacht. Minimum charter time is two hours, and prices already include the captain, crew, fuel, soft drinks, ice and towels.

Choosing the right yacht for your group size
The single biggest driver of price and comfort is guest count. A yacht that fits 30 people on paper feels tight if 30 people are all standing on the same deck with a DJ, so plan for space rather than capacity.

Popular party routes from Dubai Marina
Departure is from Dubai Marina Walk, with parking and a private waiting area. From there our captains run three routes, and you can mix them across a longer charter:
- 1The Marina and JBR loop (2 hours) — through the marina channel past the towers, out along the JBR beachfront, then a slow cruise back with the skyline lit up. The most photographed route we run.
- 2Ain Dubai and Bluewaters (3 hours) — adds a swim and water-toy stop off Bluewaters Island, then the observation wheel at dusk. Best for daytime-to-sunset parties.
- 3Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis (4–5 hours) — the full crescent, Atlantis The Royal, and the Burj Al Arab in the distance. Worth the extra hours for milestone events.
Best time to book a party charter
Sunset slots between 17:00 and 20:00 are the most requested year-round and are usually gone one to two weeks ahead on weekends. Night charters from 20:00 are excellent for parties: cooler air, full skyline lighting, and a quieter marina channel. From November to March, daytime charters are ideal for swimming and water toys; in July and August, evening charters are far more comfortable.
Public holidays, New Year's Eve and National Day weekend book out earliest — for those dates, reserve four to six weeks in advance.
Rules, etiquette and what to bring
Dubai's marine regulations are straightforward and our crew handles the paperwork, but a few things help your party run smoothly:
- Guests may bring their own alcohol onboard for private charters; drinking is permitted onboard, not on the promenade
- Music volume is reduced inside the marina channel and opens up in open water
- Soft-soled or bare feet only on the teak decks — heels stay in the bag
- Bring sunscreen, a light layer for evening charters, and a phone charger; we supply towels
- Boarding is 10 minutes before your slot; charter time starts at your booked slot

Weekend sunset slots are typically booked one to two weeks ahead. For New Year's Eve, National Day weekend and public holidays, reserve four to six weeks in advance.
